Creating an account is not mandatory to place an order. However, registering allows you to easily track your orders, view order history, and receive updates on upcoming releases, restocks, and special announcements. Registered users may also get early access or exclusive offers when available.
You can place an order directly through our website at hardpreaze.com. Select your desired product, choose the size, and proceed to checkout. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been verified. When your order is shipped, a separate email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery progress through the courier’s website.
We currently accept Bank Transfer and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
Orders will be prepared for shipment within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been completed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please make sure all order details are correct before completing payment.
All sales are final, unless the item you receive is defective or incorrect. Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order and must include clear proof (photos or videos).
