We currently accept payments via Bank Transfer and other payment methods displayed at checkout. While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and will notify you via email before shipment. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total, delivery location, and selected shipping method. In certain cases involving oversized or heavy items, additional shipping charges may apply. Customers will be informed prior to shipment if additional charges are required. Orders are considered confirmed once full payment has been received. Processing and shipment will begin only after payment confirmation.
Orders will be prepared for shipment within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Items purchased from our Site are shipped by a third party under a shipping contract, therefore, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you once we deliver the items to the carrier, and we are no longer responsible for them.
Preaze is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during shipping by third-party courier services. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you agree to resolve the issue directly with the courier. We will assist by providing tracking information and relevant shipping details when necessary. All purchases are made at the customer’s own risk once the order has been dispatched.
All sales are final, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Requests for exchanges or returns must be submitted within 3 (three) days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact. Shipping costs incurred during return or exchange processes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Approved returns may be eligible for exchange or store credit, subject to stock availability.
If a package is returned to us marked as Return to Sender (RTS) due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be contacted. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment. If the customer chooses not to proceed with reshipment or cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, the order will be cancelled and issued as an exchange or store credit only PREAZE is not responsible for packages that are unclaimed, refused, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
